A simple, no-dependency script that gives new players a welcome package on their first login.

Fixed

• CRITICAL: Fixed SQL syntax error in `install.sql` - `ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS` is invalid MySQL syntax
• Replaced with proper MySQL prepared statement to check column existence
• This was preventing the database column from being created

Notes

• Breaking Fix: If you installed v1.0.0, you MUST re-run the `sql/install.sql` file
• The database column may not have been created properly in v1.0.0 due to the SQL syntax error
• Verify column exists: `SHOW COLUMNS FROM players LIKE 'received_welcome_package';`
